HEY PARENTS,

We’re back with the School Supplies Fundraiser … the opportunity to purchase Back to School Supplies through JCS PAC, to save you time and give you a leg up on the coming school year!  The bulk savings we receive by ordering through PAC means  profits directly back into our school!

Simply complete this order form! It’s that easy. Your child’s school supplies will be ready and waiting for them in their classroom on the first day of school! Orders must be in by June 30.

For Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7 you will find that some items, are OPTIONAL for purchase through the PAC but are required by the teacher.   We have made these items optional for purchase because while we’re able to offer a great price, your child in these classes may already have these particular items, or you may want to reuse from a previous class or older sibling, or make this purchase yourself. Choose BASIC for the basic package, or the COMPLETE Package for the complete supply list. 

All school supplies are name brand products, so quality is guaranteed. If there are any concerns with the delivered products, all you need to do is inform the school within the first week of classes, and PAC will make it right.

This fundraiser is a great way for JCS PAC to save money through a bulk order, and give that money straight to the school!
